First Post!

Hi!

My name is Tommy Brice. I'm a Physical Therapist in Milwaukee, WI. I played college basketball at Marquette University from 2004-2008 and graduated with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010 and a Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology. Ever since I took my first Health course in high school, I've grown a deep appreciation for wellness and nutrition.

I have a philosophy on food that may appear to be complicated at first, but if you continue to read this blog, its base of emphasizing the importance of eating whole foods can help develop an understanding that can help you make the best choices for you and even the ones you love.

I created a program called 4mula 2life to assist my patients with improving their recovery time. The program was initially developed to show how much nutrition can improve the outcome in injury prevention and rehabilitation in physical therapy. However, the improved lifestyle habits made it become desirable by more than the average rehabilitation clientele, and I am now working to make it more available to anyone!

As a determined health care professional who is eager to make a difference in a country plagued by obesity, diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. I plan to share practical tips my readers can use to live a healthier lifestyle such as recipes, great exercises people can do, education on nutrition from a physiological standpoint that anyone can understand, what it takes to lose excess body fat, improve strength gains, how to apply what you learn to real life, and how nutrition can effect everything and everyone you love!

Be well,

Tommy
